About:
mxk rewrites Linux input events. It can be used to
generate more complex transformations than are
available in the conventional keyboard mapping
infrastructure. For example, mxk can be used to
record macros, match complex chords, and translate
between events of different devices. It operates
entirely in userspace.
Release focus: Initial freshmeat announcement
Changes:
A 6 key chorded braille input matching utility and a fast Dvorak/QWERTY switcher were added. These work at the X login prompt and in a text console.
