HTTrack is an easy-to-use offline browser utility. It allows you to download a Web site from the Internet to a local directory, building recursively all directories, getting HTML, images, and other files from the server to your computer. HTTrack arranges the original site's relative link-structure. Simply open a page of the mirrored Web site in your browser, and you can browse the site from link to link, as if you were viewing it online. HTTrack can also update an existing mirrored site, and resume interrupted downloads. WebHTTrack is a Web-based GUI for HTTrack.

Release focus: Initial freshmeat announcement

Changes:
This new experimental introduces a new download engine and parser that no longer needs link testing, and improves background downloading to handle large sites. This release also fixes a crash which occurred when ftime()/localtime() returned NULL. The iso-9660 option now uses "_" for the collision character instead of the bogus (ISO-9660) "-". Collision problems with case sensitivity were fixed. A bogus "a href" was fixed.

Amazing app, I've used it to maintain academic sites' mirrors, to create CDROMs from websites and as a load test for my local httpd.
