The manpages package contains a large collection of man pages for Linux covering programming APIs, file formats, protocols, etc.
Release focus: Major feature enhancements
Changes:
POSIX versions of several man pages were added in
sections 0p, 1p, and 3p. Updates were made for
clone(2), getrlimit(2), mkdir(2), outb(2),
signal(2), des_crypt(3), errno(3), frexp(3),
gamma(3), getgrent(3), and rand(3). dlopen(3) and
friends were updated. New additions include
remap_file_pages(2), sstk(2), addseverity(3),
aio_cancel(3), aio_error(3), aio_fsync(3),
aio_read(3), aio_return(3), aio_suspend(3),
aio_write(3), cfree(3), fmtmsg(3), mempcpy(3),
strtoimax(3) and friends, wordexp(3), elf(5),
sk98llin(4), getgrent_r(3) and friends, and shadow
password routines.
