It is an awesome program, but I have been having issues with it running under Linux. I have LAME installed adn configured properly on my system, but it will not down sample songs. From looking over the log, it seems that there is a missing ". I have tried emailing the author, but seems he is having email problems.

The problem with running LAME on Linux was fixed in Subsonic 2.6. It works fine now.
