Not only is it an octobrX photo, it ships with Red Hat 8. Why is this here? Who gave permission for you to upload it to t.f.n? I really am completely ignorant of this one; why didn't octoberX upload this? Why are you doing it?

It's here because I created this theme and I wanted to make sure everyone had the chance to download it.
Yes octobrX took the photo, please see the theme description.
Maybe you have seen some of my other themes have have been included with distributions? Quite a few of them have.
