pLauncher allows you to centralize all of your emulator/ROM launching needs. It is open ended enough to allow the launching of any emulator (xmame, snes9x, xmess, vgb, dgen, WINE, etc.) and its ROMS/binaries.

As a programmer, I also like to get feedback, something that not always happens but since I feel your loneliness here I go. Of the diverse front-ends I've found for snes9x and xmame, I found this one to be the one best-suited for my needs, though I'd like it more if there was a Qt port of it.
