[»] Several Problems
by shancock - Apr 7th 2005 09:55:25

This is a nice looking and feeling app but I have several major problems. One of which I have found a workaround for.

The logout link does not work for me.
I can not restore from the listed backup files with the radio buttons. I must use the search field. When I select the same file it works fine...BUT......

I get errors in mysql because of the <xquery></xquery> tags. I must remove them and then resubmit the sql query.

I don't think this is ready for prime time yet.

I didn't work on this project for some time but I'll release a new version soon (1.0.8) that fixes lot of small bugs with some new features also.

[»] Need a solution for large DB
by Lion27 - Nov 9th 2004 04:25:48

You application is ok when it comes to smaller tables.

I have a database with 68 tables and some of them have 20MB+.

So what would be great its a system that is able to cope with such big databases. The one solution is that system automatically split larger tables....

The option I'd love most is just click a link:
whole database backup (check the make separate file for each table) and voila!

The support for large DB is available for commercial license, I use it on a DB of 50MB and more. Let me know if interested.

And notice that my 50MB are in just 1 table, so split db backup in many tables won't solve the problem. But the solution exist anyway.

It's a PHP5 issue, i have submit this question to PHP mailing list but without answer ! the variable $_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_USER'] isn't defined anywhere in PHP5. I guess i have to write another solution for administration in this case. Please can you tell me PHP version that you're using ?

[»] Useless place to store your project!
by Jules - Apr 14th 2004 08:24:32

Storing your code in phpclassses.org means that NOBODY can get hold of it without registering on yet another useless site!!

Please consider moving it to somewhere accessible.

Rated as 1 in the mean time. Sorry.
