[»] Terms of Service
by Dan Egnor - Dec 6th 2001 08:27:50

Note that using this software violates Google's terms of service, which specifically forbids automated querying. They probably won't stop a small-time user, the legal status of these restrictions are unclear, and the ethics are even less clear, but if nothing else you should know that they frown on automated use of their service.
