eTcl is a "batteries-included" thread-enabled
Tcl/Tk runtime available as a single standalone
executable. It includes several popular
extensions (Thread, Sqlite, Zlib, etc.), together
with a Tcl wrapper for the Pixane image
processing library.

Changes:
This release updates the Tcl/Tk core to 8.5.6 and
sqlite to 3.6.7. An argument parsing issue, which
could cause eTcl 1.0.0 to fail when launching eTcl
kits (.etk files), has been fixed. Support for
arm-linux (EABI) target architectures has been
added and made compatible with the Android
platform.
